Effective September 17, 2026

01

Who we are

National Entity Productions (“National Entity”, “we”, “us”) is an event production company based in Sacramento, California. This policy covers this website, nationalentity.com, and the quote requests, calls and emails that reach us through it.

02

Information you give us

When you send a quote request, the form asks for:

  • Contact details: your name and email address, plus your company and phone number if you choose to add them.
  • Event details: the type of event, show date, city or venue, expected headcount, indoor or outdoor, budget range, and the departments you need.
  • Notes: anything you choose to write in the notes box.

The form is delivered to us by email through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a form delivery service. If you call or email us instead, we receive whatever you choose to share, such as your name, phone number, email address and details about your event.

03

Information collected automatically

When you browse the site, the tools below collect information about how it is used, such as the pages you view, how you got here, your device and browser type, and your approximate location based on your IP address.

  • Google Analytics 4 uses cookies to measure visits, the pages people view, and actions such as tapping our phone number or sending a quote request. We have turned off Google signals and ad personalization.
  • Microsoft Clarity shows us how visitors use our pages, including heatmaps and session replays of clicks, scrolling and mouse movement. It also uses cookies. Form inputs are masked, so what you type into the quote form is not captured.
  • Cloudflare Web Analytics is a privacy-first analytics service that counts visits and measures page speed without using cookies.
  • Cloudflare also hosts the site, and processes standard request data (such as IP address, browser type and the page requested) to deliver it and keep it secure.
  • Bunny.net delivers the videos on the site from its content delivery network, and receives the same kind of standard request data when it does.
04

How we use it

  • To answer your quote request, plan and produce your event, and follow up with you about it.
  • To understand how the site is used, fix problems and make it better.
  • To keep the site secure and working.
05

We don’t sell it

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. It goes only to the service providers named above, which handle it to deliver the form, host the site and provide analytics, and to others only when the law requires it.

06

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests, emails and call details for as long as we need them to respond, work on your event and keep ordinary business records, and then delete them. Analytics data is kept for the limited periods set in each analytics tool.

08

California privacy rights

If you live in California, you have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we have collected about you and how we use it.
  • Ask us to delete it.
  • Ask us to correct it if it is wrong.
  • Not be treated differently for using any of these rights.

To make a request, email adam@nationalentity.com or call (916) 410-6292. We may need to confirm who you are before we act on it.

09

Children’s privacy

This site is for event organizers and businesses. It is not meant for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you think a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
